Direct two-way communication with a live body overnight ESS evening coordinator at our headquarters during each tour night...., AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE CLIENT! With the fact of the possibility of groups' flight landing late, buses becoming disabled, traffic jams & groups running behind departing a certain attraction, it is imperative to keep open communication with the evening chaperone awaiting your arrival at your hotel. As part of our best business practice and quality control project to provide the most enhanced service provider to the industry, ESS has implemented the use of company issued nation wide two way communication devices for tour coordinators to have the capability to communicate with our overnight evening coordinators between the hours of 9:00PM and 1:00AM with the push of a button. Clients will have the capability to communicate with our chaperone dispatcher and any field tour coordinator simultaneously with the group connect capability. Evening chaperones can be located at any hotel position with the communication's tracking device. This equipment is completely insured for loss, theft and/or damage so clients have no cost liability in any of the events.

Additional emergency coverage for additional hotel floors can be requested at "real time" scenarios. Adding coverage for additional floors when your hotel spreads your students around the hotel at the last minute is never an issue, just click.., and request! It's like having your own in-house dispatcher to communicate with your evening chaperone(s) across the country. Location does not matter. Stand-by / Emergency evening chaperones available each night between the hours of 9:00PM and 1:00AM. Direct Communication option grants our clients a 60 minute arrival time guarantee after the additional coverage has been advised to the client. If the additional chaperone does not arrive in 60 minutes from the confirmed notification to the client, the fee for additional coverage is on us..., NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
